Welcome to the Haji Idrees Surchi Charity Foundation (HISCF), a beacon of
hope and compassion since 2014. Rooted in the heart of Erbil, specifically
located on Gullan Street in the Ari Quarter, HISCF is a Nonprofit, Non-
Governmental, Non-Political organization dedicated to making a positive
difference in the lives of those in need.
